Toray Advanced Materials Korea(TAK) won the '800 Million Dollar Export Tower' at the 60th Daegu-Gyeongbuk Trade Day ceremony jointly held by Daegu City, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and the Korea International Trade Association.

The event was attended by Gyeongsangbuk-do Governor Lee Cheol-woo, Daegu City Mayor Hong Jun-pyo, and about 250 executives and employees of trade-related organizations, and CEO Jeon Hae-sang received a plaque.

CEO Jeon Hae-sang expressed his gratitude to our employees who have done the best in their positions from the 300 million won tower in 2004 to the current $800 million tower award, and expressed his wish to share in the honor of the award.

As TAK has been expanding its differentiated products and gaining export competitiveness through technological development and quality innovation, CEO Jeon said TAK will continue to lead the development of eco-friendly materials through ESG management and become a global company that supplies materials needed worldwide.

Meanwhile, the Export Tower is an award given to companies that have contributed to increasing exports and is awarded yearly to corporations and people of merit who have achieved new performance.
