TAK Donates 100 Million Won For Flood Recovery
Toray Advanced Materials Korea Inc., has donated 100 million won of the disaster relief fund to the National Disaster Relief Association to support flood victims affected by torrential rains.
Jeon Hae-sang, CEO of the TAK said, "I hope it will be a small help and consolation to those who are suffering from flood recovery due to the re-proliferation of COVID-19," and added, "I hope the affected areas will be restored quickly so that they can return to their daily lives as soon as possible."
The pension will be used to support disaster relief supplies and restore flood-stricken areas.
Toray Advanced Materials Korea Inc., donated 300 million won in donations to overcome COVID-19 in March, delivered 20,000 masks to its sisterhood unit for military soldiers, and is making efforts to prevent infection by donating masks and hand sanitizer kits.
In addition, it has been evaluated that it has been responsible for national hygiene by expanding supply of MB filters and developing two-layer masks to stabilize supply and demand of masks, and developing saliva droplet prevention masks for the first time.
