Chairman Lee Young-kwan gave a lecture on the topic of ‘Growth of Korea Toray Group and Managerial Leadership’ at the Good Morning Wednesday Special Lecture at Gumi City Hall on December 13.

The lecture was conducted under three topics such as the introduction of the Korea Toray Group, the growth and success factor of Toray Advanced Materials Korea, and CEO Lee Young-kwan.

In the lecture, Chairman Lee said that 'ownership' was the secret to his growth by emphasizing that one can achieve one's wish only if one thinks of any job as one's own with the best and will to change.

Before the lecture began, Chairman Lee received the 2023 Proud Gumi People Award for his pioneering achievements in the growth of the local community, including local economic development and job creation. He also donated all of his lecture fees to the Hope 2024 Sharing Campaign for his neighbors.
