TAK introduces Covid-19 Vaccine Vacation System, stabilizing employees and encouraging immunization

Toray Advanced Materials Korea(TAK) said it will implement a two-day paid leave system for all employees vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccine to ensure the safety of executives and employees and encourage vaccination.

Employees who receive the vaccine may use two days of vacation until the day of the vaccination and the next day, and may use additional leave to stabilize depending on their health conditions.

An official from TAK said, "As the health of employees is the top priority, we plan to allow them to take enough rest by implementing the vaccine vacation system, while actively encouraging them to get away from the risk of Covid-19 infection."
