Chairman Lee Young-kwan gave a special lecture at the Korea Ray R&D Center on the success factors of Toray Advanced Materials and future business strategies at the "Seoul-Tokyo Forum," an exchange group of experts between Korea and Japan, on the 10th.

In the special lecture attended by some 20 members of the SETO Forum, Lee gave a lecture on the innovation of Toray Group, the background of Korea Ray Group's growth, and the future business strategy of Toray Advanced Materials related to Vision 2030.

Chairman Lee mentioned the endless challenges and tenacity of Doray Group, such as extreme quality pursuit, autonomy in the field of research, and development of creative and carbon fiber, as factors that helped the company to become one of the world's leading material companies.

He also stressed that the success of Toray Advanced Materials was based on close cooperation with Toray, successful convergence of corporate culture, continuous change and innovation to secure competitiveness, and stable organizational culture of trust and co-prosperity. In order to achieve Vision 2030 and respond to global business changes by grinding and wiping these innovative DNA, it announced that it will actively enter five major business areas, including next-generation displays, new mobility, and eco-friendly materials.

After hearing the lecture, the participants responded with a great response by asking questions about areas of interest, such as the expansion of investment in Korea by Toray Group and the business and production products of Korea Ray Group.
