Toray Advanced Materials Korea acquires 'Hanmi Entec,' the Industry's longest-running water treatmen
Toray Advanced Materials (CEO Sang-sang Jeon) will acquire Hanmi Entec, the Industry's longest-running water treatment O&M (Operation & Maintenance) company.
Toray Advanced Materials (TAK), which has world-class technology in the field of water treatment membrane manufacturing, signed an acquisition contract on the 20th in the presence of President Hae-sang Jeon and Hanmi Entech Chairman Dong-hyuk Lim, and plans to take over during the first half of the year.
Hanmi Entec is a water treatment company specializing in the operation and management of sewage and waste water treatment facilities nation-wide based on know-how accumulated over 46 years. In addition, it was recognized for its excellent water treatment facility operation ability in 2021, by being selected as the best consignment company selected by the Ministry of Environment.
Toray Advanced Materials Korea (TAK) is a professional manufacturer of various filter materials, such as reverse osmosis membranes developed for the first time in Korea, micro filters, ultrafiltration membranes, and nanㅐ- filtration membranes, and plan to provide differentiated service to customers.
In addition, it will contribute to the efficient operation of water resources by recycling discharged water as industrial or agricultural water and improving the water quality in country with water shortage like Korea, as well as improving the environment of water treatment facilities based on membrane.
