Toray Advanced Materials Korea(TAK) has been re-designated as a green company certified by the Ministry of Environment for continuous practice of environmental management.

The designation of green company was conducted through strict screening of Gumi 3 plant under the supervision of Daegu Regional Environment Agency, and TAK was recognized that all employees were practicing environmental management and continuous environmental improvement based on their willingness to practice green management.

A green company is a system designated by the Ministry of Environment that greatly contributes to environmental improvement, such as significant reduction in pollutants, reduction in resources and energy, and establishment of a green management system. TAK has been certified for 20 years since its initial designation in 2001.
